Community-Centered Climate Action

GreenPulse Climate Institute (GPCI) operates in partnership with Socio-Sphere Initiative (SSI), a Nairobi-based NGO committed to advancing social inclusion, equity, and empowerment for youth, women & girls, and persons living with disabilities. GPCI implements grassroots programs in agroforestry, youth and women green jobs, climate education, and climate-smart agriculture. We facilitate stakeholder forums to shape inclusive climate policies and serve as a hub for research, training, and innovation. GPCI operates in target counties including Turkana, Garissa, Kitui, Taita Taveta, and Baringo, addressing issues like drought, desertification, reforestation, and water harvesting.
